Request a Site Visit

A site visit is an important step in discovering whether a Garden Room is for you or not, so please request one, even if you are unsure.

It will only take around 45 minutes, with absolutely no obligation, cost or hard sell!

It is intended to be a means of accurately discovering what you want, and the cost of supplying it.

When we visit you we will:

Discuss what you want to use your building for. (Bear in mind that flexibility is a good thing. In 10 years time your children may have left home and your Mother moved in! Perhaps we should connect to main drains while it is easy to do so).

  1. Whether you will require Planning Permission.
  2. What position you want to build in your garden.
  3. Talk through the practicalities of getting the building to your garden if access is a little difficult.
  4. Inspect your chosen location, whether it is sloping or there are any other factors that may affect design.
  5. The ease, or otherwise of providing mains electricity.

We will show you photos of other buildings we have built. Talk about pros and cons of different design features, and leave with a good idea of how you want your Garden Building to look.

With this information we will send you 3D sketches and floorplans, together with a quote for your proposed building.
