All our designs come in a range of sizes and can be personalised to your own exact requirements.

Our buildings are built to the highest standards of construction and design, with interiors plastered and decorated to the same standard as any room in your home. Features are:

• A multi layered modular timber framed shell that combines strength, durability, warmth and protection from dampness.
• Fully insulated floors, walls and ceilings using at least 100mm of insulation with upgrades available.
• Concrete foundations
  • A slab for those buildings designed less than 2.5m high to comply with ‘Permitted Development’ regulations. (click here for planning details ).
  • A series of concrete piles for our standard 2.8m high buildings
• Exterior cladding of Western Red Cedar, chosen for its popular appearance, durability, and low maintenance qualities.
• Dry lined and decorated interior walls.
• Windows and doors in either grey powder coated aluminium, wood effect or white PVCu.
• Secure doors and windows fitted with insurance standard 5 point locking systems.
• Single pitched roofs covered in EPDM synthetic rubber (guaranteed 20years).
• Duel pitched roofs tiled with slate, shingles or clay tiles to your preference.
• Double electric sockets fitted in each corner as standard, more fitted if required.
• Lighting is a series of downlights or spotlights.
• Consumer unit included as standard.
• Our bespoke designs can include internal partition walls, kitchenettes, wc, showers, or even luxurious hottubs and saunas!
• Climate control units or underfloor heating can be included.
• Floors come with a choice of laminate flooring or carpet tiles

Please Note:

• Our prices include VAT, delivery, installation and groundworks (subject to site survey).
• The only additional cost is the supply of electricity, usually from the Consumer Unit in your house.
• As our buildings are of modular design, sections are small enough to access most sites, and in most cases can quite easily be carried through your house if necessary.
• We can arrange to have telephone and network cabling provided.
